Motor City Flooring warrants that for a period of six (6) months after the date of purchase the Muscle Gloss Kit shall be complete, free of defects and when properly mixed and applied the Muscle Gloss project will harden to form a continuous film. Motor City Flooring further warrants that, when applied in strict compliance with mixing and application instructions supplied with the product. Muscle Gloss will not peel or blister from a properly prepared uncoated and untreated concrete floor surface for a period of two years. If the project proves to be defective within the warranty period, Motor City Flooring will replace the product at no charge to the purchaser, less the cost of shipping and handling.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage due to physical abuse such as gouging, scraping, cracking from movement of the pavement, nor does this warranty cover staining, discoloration or blistering due to prolonged contact with items such as gasoline, oil and other petroleum based products, transmission fluids or brake fluids.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ONLY WARRANTIES THAT APPLY ARE DESCRIBED IMMEDIATELY ABOVE. THERE ARE NOT WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. MEANING THAT SUCH WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THESE GOODS.

Limitation of Remedies

Buyer’s remedy under the warranty expressed above is limited to replacement of non-conforming goods (goods which do not meet our manufacturing or formulation specifications). Motor City Flooring shall have no liability for any damages beyond this, including any incidental or consequential damages.
